20th Dec- Passed!

Continue on 20th Dec post, a day when I have insomnia. By the way it was our 4 years 1 month anniversary. So after I fell asleep at 7am. Woke up again at 9am by a morning call from my boyfriend. While on the way to the driving centre, was complaining to my boyfriend about how tricky the basic theory mock questions were when I did online. Was rather nervous because I only realised you got to get 45/50 in order to pass. I only finished reading through the book around 2am which really was last minute.

OK. The room was tense and cold an it brought back memories on the last time I sat for exam. It had been really 3 years since I last sat for any exam. When the clock strike 10 30am, everyone started and the examiner walk around to give any assistance. 2 min later from my back, the examiner was irradiated by an Indian guy who just ended the test without even answering any questions. So too bad for him, he got to book his basic theory test slot again.

The lady who was one seat away from me finished in 10 min. 50 questions in 10 min was really fast. So I finished the questions and checked through once. Thanks god, I passed. 46/50. Was quite happy as I did not expect I'll make it. My boyfriend did better. 49/50.

So finished the test the same time as my boyfriend and proceed to book a slot for our next test, final theory. There was no slot left for dec and jan so we picked the earliest time slot for the only feb date. Then headed to Jurong point for lunch to celebrate the passing of our basic theory and our 4 years 1 month anniversary.

Earlier on I made an agreement with my boyfriend. That is if we both pass, we shall have good food. If either one pass, fast food. If both fail, kopitiam. Since we both passed, we decided to have something good. But second thought of saving money, we decided to have pizza hut and just nice there was weekdays lunch time special.

Ordered a thin crust meat pizza, curry zazzle bake rice (which is a must) and the thick fries for starter. This time round was a little disappointed with the food and also the service. The food standard seems to have drop. The all time favourite curry zazzle bake rice does not taste as nice anymore and the pizza, it was average only (I think the pizza I make will taste better). One of the staff was quite impatient and she will try to pretend that she did not hear the customer calling.

The meal was only $25 plus so me and my boyfriend just treat it as an average dining that come with average service after all, we passed our basic theory test. :D
